Brandy is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Counselor and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She leads with authenticity and a true desire to guide people to be happy, healthy and whole. With an integrative approach to nutrition, health and life coaching, she uses her vast experience to inspire you to live your best life.
Nutrition for life, a 6 Month Personalized Coaching Program with Brandy Hickman.
As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you. You will also learn as you go, so you can implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
