These are quick, easy and yummy. Put all ingredients into your blender and blend well for 15-20 seconds.
Cook your pancakes on a griddle heated to medium-high, cooking from about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Additions for fall time
Add 1/2 cup pumpkin and a dash of nutmeg.
