Ingredients
- 4 Fresh squeezed oranges
- 1 cup White Wine (you can eliminate or put in apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar 1/2 amount of vinegar) You can also use 1of apple cider. Play around!
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 pounds Gala Apples
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup crushed pecans
- 3 tablespoons coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons of lemon

Instructions
- Heat oven 350 degrees
- Mix all dry ingredients and set aside
- In a saucepan combine wine, orange juice and sugar (if using) and bring to a boil. Add cranberries and bring to another boil. Cook 2 minutes. Turn off heat and add olive oil.
- Core and cut apples and put in a 9/13 glass dish that is oiled with 1 tablespoon of coconut butter , add and mix dry mixture, lemon and vanilla into dish. Drizzle melted the remainder of the coconut oil on tops of dish.
- Top with crushed pecans
- Bake 30 minutes
