- 1 cups coconut milk (refrigerated or almond)
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp apples chopped
- cinnamon (optional)

- Mix all ingredients except for 1 tbsp of chopped apple
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped apple, more honey, and a spoon-full of cinnamon.
