In a medium bowl, mix together meat, garlic powder, and salt. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add mixture to brown, crumbling along the way. You can cook over a outside grill in a cast iron for a backyard burger flavor if you want.
Prepare lettuce, grapes, pickles, onion and bacon. Set aside. Make quick guacamole mixing avocado, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt (you can add in a jalapeno if you want). Roast onion in oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
