  1. In a medium bowl, mix together meat, garlic powder, and salt. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add mixture to brown, crumbling along the way. You can cook over a outside grill in a cast iron for a backyard burger flavor if you want.
  2. Prepare lettuce, grapes, pickles, onion and bacon. Set aside. Make quick guacamole mixing avocado, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt (you can add in a jalapeno if you want). Roast onion in oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Make the special sauce. Whisk everything together.
  4. Assemble: start with greens in bolw and layer meat mixture, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, bacon, and quick quick guacamole. Drizzle with sauce and serve. If you don’t like the special sauce use mustard for a sauce.
