Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- bacon (could be pork or chicken)
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup Alfalfa sprouts
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Cook the rice in the chicken broth - use homemade bone broth if you can and if not use organic without additives.
- Cook the black beans ahead of time and have in refrigerator or use canned organic black beans if you need to be.
- Cook bacon
- Top with tomato, black beans, avocado, olive oil, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, ground chia seeds, and garlic powder. Enjoy!
