of garlic chopped and pressed

of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

seeded and minced jalapeno
(optional)

bunch of cilantro finely chopped
Zest 1 lime

of lime juice
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together everything (as much jalapeno as would like). Season with salt and pepper.
