Ingredients
- 2 cartons Pomi tomatoes pureed or crushed
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown rice syrup
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring to dissolve. Reduce heat to simmer for 50 minutes until thick. Blend with a blender or food processor. You can freeze what you won't use in a month.
