- 5 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon dried thyme or 2 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2-3 tablespoons of ghee or coconut butter
- 1 cup of water

Instructions
- Peel and shop sweet potatoes
- Add to pressure cooker
- Pour in water or vegetable broth
- Cook sweet potatoes on high pressure for 8 minutes and quick release the pressure
- Add ghee or coconut oil
- Mix with spatula
