All of our certified instructors are long-term practitioners themselves, and bring different approaches to each class. With the highest integrity and unparalleled professionalism, each instructor teaches Hatha yoga in the Iyengar tradition, and works to help students make the most of their practice. Bringing a high level of expertise, talent and ethical conduct to everything that they do, our instructors take a holistic approach and use props and modifications to meet your specific needs and level of ability.

There is no pre-requisite when it comes to yoga, you simply start where you are and grow from there. We offer a safe place to learn yoga that is always welcoming, accommodating, and free of judgment. Open to all levels, we offer yoga for beginners through the advanced student including classes in Prenatal Yoga, and Kid’s Yoga.
Private yoga sessions are tailored to your specific needs. Whether your dealing with an illness or injury, would like guidance in developing a home practice, or would like to do yoga on your own schedule, we have experienced teachers who can meet with you at our studio or at your home.
