It can become increasingly more difficult for kids to find balance in their lives. Yoga Kids provides an opportunity for children ages 5-10 to learn stress-relieving tools that they can carry with them as they move into adulthood.
Yoga 4 Pre-teens/Teens – Ages 10-14
Are you looking for a non-competitive feel-good form of exercise for your teenager? Yoga helps pre-teen/teens relax from everyday life in more ways than one: connects body and mind; increases focus; promotes positive body image; reduces stress and anxiety; builds self-confidence, improves decision making, increases flexibility and posture; and builds strong bones and muscles. Most importantly, yoga teaches compassion, connection, curiosity, presence, intuition and acceptance.
