I absolutely loved taking prenatal yoga at 2B Well!! It was so nice to go every week and spend time with a wonderful group of ladies who knew exactly what aches and pains I was experiencing. I began prenatal yoga with no expectations other than a time to myself each week to relax and focus on my baby girl. After a few classes I realized it was so much more. I was able to have a successful VBAC and I am certain that the breathing techniques and positions taught by Denise were key factors in that success. Denise is great! She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I like how she walks around the room and helps with poses individually. Yoga has helped ease my stress and the physical discomforts of pregnancy. I’ve also really enjoyed the discussions we have at the beginning and end of each class which have helped me connect with the other women. The increased flexibility, the stretching and breathing exercises, and the positive and encouraging words stated at the end of each class have greatly prepared me for labor and delivery.

I am less nervous for childbirth because I feel my body is prepared and is made to handle it. It’s also fun to be around others who are going through the same thing.
